Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how FreeCryptoTools, operated by NK Digital ("FCT," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our website (freecryptotools.org), our self-hosted open-source software, our cloud-hosted services, our AI builder layer, and our Marketplace (collectively, the "Platform").
By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Data
When you register for a cloud-hosted account or a license key, we collect your email address, username, and password (stored hashed/encrypted, never in plaintext).
2.2 Web3 Data
If you connect a wallet for authentication, license verification, or deployment tracking, we collect your public wallet address. We never collect, store, request, or have access to your private keys or seed phrases, under any circumstances.
2.3 Domain & License/Network Data
We collect the specific domains and URLs associated with your production license keys, along with standard server logs, IP addresses, timestamps, and request metadata, in order to operate and secure the Platform.
2.4 AI Prompts & Generated Output
We collect the text prompts you submit to the AI builder/smart-contract-generation layer, along with the code and configuration output generated in response, in order to process your request and improve reliability of the generation pipeline (see Section 4.2 on training use).
2.5 Usage & Analytics Data
We may collect standard usage analytics (pages visited, features used, session duration) via cookies or similar technologies, for the purpose of improving the Platform. See our Cookie section below.
2.6 Self-Hosted Deployments
If you self-host FCT without a production license key, FCT does not collect any data from your local/self-hosted instance beyond what is necessary to validate a free license key, if applicable.
3. What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect or store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords.
- We do not write, and will never write, any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) onto public, immutable blockchains. Any on-chain interactions triggered by the Platform (e.g., swap or commerce plugin transactions) involve only wallet addresses and transaction data inherent to blockchain protocols — not names, emails, or other off-chain PII.
4. How We Use Your Information
4.1 License Verification
Domain and license-key data is collected and processed solely to verify, authenticate, and enforce valid production license keys as described in our Terms of Service.
4.2 AI Training Disclosure
FCT does not use your proprietary prompts, code, or generated smart contracts to train public or third-party AI models. Your inputs to the AI Layer are used only to process and fulfill your immediate request (and, where applicable, transient debugging/ error-correction within the same session). This applies to both cloud users and enterprise clients whose IP confidentiality is a condition of using the Platform.
4.3 Service Operation & Improvement
We use account and usage data to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Platform, including diagnosing technical issues and developing new features.
4.4 Communications
We may use your email to send license-related notices, security alerts, or (with opt-in consent) product updates. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and license data for as long as your account or license remains active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal, security, and audit purposes. AI prompt/output data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery and debugging, after which it is deleted or anonymized, consistent with Section 4.2.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction or deletion of your data;
- Request a portable copy of your data;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent for optional data uses (e.g., marketing communications).

8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, hashed credentials) to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored on the Platform.
9. International Data Transfers
Because FCT operates across multiple jurisdictions (with infrastructure and users spanning regions including India, the EU, and beyond), your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
10. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
11. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, authentication sessions, and (where you consent) analytics. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit Platform functionality.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
